Night time walk at Melaka

29/01/2017 - Sunday

1st we went to have dinner at Asam Pedas Selera Kampung restaurant located at Batu Berendam, thereafter we head to Jonker street for a walk. there were all types of things available at Jonker Street, it is similar to KL's Petaling street, china town. gadgets, accessories, makeup products, cloths, rugs...etc, It is an open street, so only can go when it is not raining as holding an umbrella in the crowd would be very inconvenience.

our previous visits, we have missed out the Melaka River cruise, so here we go, to the river cruise.

there were queue for buying the tickets as it is one of the famous tourism spot. I waited for about 30 minutes to get to my turn. after tickets are bought, again we need to wait for our turn to get into the boat.

since it was late evening, there were no worries about getting sunburn 😆 the sceneries were nice with the lights along the way. the rider fervently greets us and sat in her place. we passed through many bridges along the way and the whole ride took about 45 minutes. sitting in front gave us the undisrupted view with some water splashes, haha.

after finished our boat ride, we wanted to walk to our car, along with the way there were a lot of beca's forcing us to take up a ride. some of the rider's are omnidextrous, we gave in. it is just RM25 per ride and they will bring us around the A-famosa for photo taking session, thereafter maneuver back to starting point.

few activities for parents with kids at night, but its enough to fill up the evening and leaving us dragging ourself back to hotel to rest.
