Ingredients;
- 3 medium onions
- 1 pack of yellow mee
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Small size of ginger
- Any greenveggie
- Few Chili padi
- Eggs
- Taufu
- Chili paste
- Coconut or olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Anchovies
Method ;
- Pour the oil in the pan, add onions and fried until golden.
- Add garlic, chili padi, ginger, anchovies, toufu and chili paste. Add the eggs as well. Stir for 1-2 minutes
3. Add the yellow mee, green vege and salt to taste. Can add ketchup if want less spicy and a bit sweeter taste.
4. Stir for 2-3 minutes and serve it hot.
